Kindest, most sweetest people ever. My mother’s 16 year old cat died and I truly didn’t know what to do or where to start. And with it being a Saturday, my regular vet was closed and I didn’t know where to turn. These folks walked me through everything and were so thoughtful with every word spoken and made me feel so comfortable. They are in the right field. Truly unmatched service received and while I can’t speak for any vet specific services, I will certainly be working with this amazing team again. The best vets in the Charlotte area. On two occasions we have reached out to them and they have provided the upmost care and concern both times. The office staff is very inviting and friendly and the doctors are very thorough and professional. They explain everything and the why behind what they are doing or wanting to do. They pay attention to each instance and visit asking very detailed questions and listening. I never feel like I am going to get ripped off or dismissed when reaching out to them. They have been our first choice for a while now. Thank you!

My wife and I...I LOVE THIS PLACE! unfortunately, our dog does not, lol. But the staff members here are FANTASTIC! Dr. Isabel Plourde is an AMAZING vet! She's our favorite but Francesca her assistant did an excellent job sedating my blue nose Pitbull Chomper, who unfortunately hates to get his shots. Christina, Hope and Katlyn are all very nice professionals and Sarah is a wonderful receptionist she who always gives us a warm greeting every time. Sorry if I missed anyone, we haven't had the privilege of working with them all; but if you're in need of a good vet I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Two thumbs up!

This is by far the best vet office I’ve experienced! I’ve been through several different offices trying to find the cause of my dog’s sickness and this was the only office I’ve gotten help from. Dr. Plourde is AMAZING!! She is so patient, gentle and listens. She creates a plan with you instead of for you. She also helped my daughter dogs as well!! I spent thousands of dollars at other offices and endless visits to have no clear answer. If you think of taking your pet here, do it! The office staff is amazing as well. I rarely do reviews but they deserve one! I appreciate them so much!

The pets were immediately comfortable upon entering, which having separate Feline and Canine entrances really helps with. Everyone that we met was professional, helpful, friendly, and gave off the impression that they enjoyed meeting our animals. We're very happy that Tiger (and Sky, our other little one) will be coming to Riverbend for our family's pets' needs.

We have been coming here for our pet needs and they love the staff here. While shots aren't ever fun, the staff at Riverbend make the visits as positive as they can be.
