Plan Ahead for a Smooth Vet Visit

We’re excited to accommodate you and your pet for important veterinary services, as a new or existing client. We want every appointment to run as smoothly and timely as possible, and we provide several options to help you with scheduling your visit. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know right away so that we can open up your slot to other pet owners.

Laboratory Testing Information

Our in-house laboratory offers the ability to perform advanced medical testing so we can diagnose patients in a timely manner. This is especially helpful when dealing with injury or illness, as well as for routine blood work and fecal testing during wellness exams.

The test results from our in-house laboratory provide us with the ability to keep a consistent record of your pet’s baseline health and growth. From this information, we are often able to detect diseases and illnesses when they arise.

Arrival & Waiting Room Policy

Please arrive a few minutes prior to your pet’s appointment. For the safety of all other clients, patients, and staff, please keep your dog on a 6-foot leash or locked retractable leash at all times while in the hospital. Cats should be kept in a secure carrier or on a leash. If your pet has a history of biting or snapping, please have them properly muzzled as a courtesy to our team and other guests.
